We have adjusted our submission processes for all Planning & Building Permit applications.Thank you for visiting Development Services “virtual” information page. With COVID-19, we are working diligently to provide you with more virtual options to conduct business for your safety and our staff.
A few examples we can offer you today are online permitting and payment for trade records, subdivisions, and all planning-type applications. Please visit ePermitJC for more information.
Our next technology phase will include electronic building permits for both residential and commercial, site plan permits, electronic plans review, and IVR with texting capabilities. IVR will allow access 24/7 to schedule and manage inspections over the phone (landline or cellular) to give you the convenience and accessibility to get your work done. IVR can also eliminate the need to visit the Courthouse to conduct business or wait to speak to staff to schedule your inspection. ePermitJC coupled with IVR will provide you with 24/7 access to apply, monitor, and view inspection results, on your permits and applications by internet or telephone.
We hope these new services will not only benefit your business needs, but also keep you and our staff safe with the ongoing COVID-19 challenges.
As always, YOU are the reason we are here, and we want your experience to be exceptional. During these extraordinary times we appreciate your patience and understanding.
