Electronics Drop Off Days 2019
9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - Walmart Parking Lot (Adamsville 2473 Hackworth Road, Birmingham, AL 35214 Mark your calendars!!!! Jefferson County Residents can drop-off the following, in household quantities: * Audio Equipment * Cell Phones (chargers too) * GPS Units, Fitness Trackers * Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Fax Machines (ink cartridges, toner) * Rechargeable Batteries * Security Equipment * Small Appliances (Coffee makers, hair dryers, irons, microwaves, toasters, vacuums) * Televisions, Cable Boxes (flat panel, projection, tubes) What NOT to bring: * Cassette Tapes * CDs * DVDs * Household batteries * Large Appliances * Smoke Detectors * VHS tapes * Wooden Speakers Collection will close when capacity is met. For more information or questions on what is accepted and not, call the Jefferson County Stormwater Program at 325-8741. This event is funded by the Jefferson County Commission in partnership with the Alabama Environmental Council, Village Creek Human & Environmental Justice Society, City of Birmingham, Protec Recycling, Walmart, Stormwater Management Authority and the Jefferson County Dept. of Health.
