Internships

Internships

HR partners with our Environmental Services Department to host high school seniors as interns during our 8 week-long paid summer Water Reclamation High School Internship Program.

As a paid internship,  this program provides students with meaningful, real-life hands-on work experience, experiential education in the water reclamation career field, opportunities of professional growth, and possible transition into future employment with the County. During the internship, students work on various  projects.

If you are a high school senior interested in learning how we keep our waterways clean and protect the environment, this is the program for you!
