Due to advice provided by the State of. Alabama Department of Health and the Jefferson County Department of Health to limit personal contact in lieu of the COVID-19 outbreak, Probate Court hearings scheduled for March 24, 2020 have been cancelled and will be rescheduled for a later date. Notices will be mailed giving the new date and time.
