Felony offenses - Possible felony offenses must first be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency for investigation. After the investigation is complete, the District Attorney's office will review the facts and determine the appropriate course of action.

Misdemeanor offenses - After making the appropriate police report, the complainant should contact the magistrate, who is located on the first floor of the Criminal Justice Center. Phone: 325-5316

Child Abuse - Child abuse should be reported to your local law enforcement agency, the Department of Human Resources (324-2135) or to the Prescott House (930-3622)
